Surrogacy is legal in Canada. However, Surrogacy Laws in Canada have some restrictions.

In Canada, it’s illegal to pay for the services of a Surrogate or to purchase human sperm and eggs. Only altruistic (unpaid) Surrogacy is allowed. All of our Surrogates carry for their Intended Parents out of the goodness of their hearts.

Surrogates must also be 21 years of age or older.

Commercialized Surrogacy Agencies are also illegal. Canadian Surrogacy Options Inc. is not a commercialized Surrogacy Agency.
