As we get back to our regular scheduled updates here, I’d like to take this time to Re-Introduce the Beautiful Team that makes up our CSOFamily!

I’m Robyn! Owner and Managing Partner here at Canadian Surrogacy Options and Little Miracles! This honour was bestowed upon me after the passing of my Mom, Joanne. While we were Business Partners with CSOFamily, she was my Best Friend. I have been raised in the Surrogacy and Egg Donation world and now have the absolute pleasure in coordinating these journey’s between Surrogates, Egg Donors and their Intended Parents!
I couldn’t be more proud of the Team – the Family – that IS CSOFamily and I’m so excited to introduce them to you one-by-one!

*Crystal, our Director of Client Care!! She handles all the administrative stuff at CSO. She is our “Right Hand” and usually has ALL the information anyone is needing! Crystal’s organizational skills are by-far the best around! She supports not only our Surrogates by being only an email or message away but also our Intended Parents from around the world! Her positive attitude, spunk and hope for all is a breath of fresh air. We thank you for all that you do as we continue to Make Miracles Happen!

*Melissa, our Director of Egg Donation Services of Little Miracles!! Melissa has been a part of our CSO Family for over 9 years! She is quite literally the “left” and “right’ hand on our LM Side! She has an in-depth knowledge of the process and always makes you feel supported from beginning to end. She is the definition of “Starting from the Bottom” and worked her way all the way up! Her tenacious, positive and love of life attitude is what brings so much positive to Little Miracles and CSO!  We thank you for all you do as we continue to Make Miracles Happen!

*Shondra, our incredible Manager of Client Care! She is our “Left Hand” on our CSO side! Helping IPs and Surrogates during their initial ‘dating’ phase, she ensures all questions are answered and our Surrogates are  extremely comfortable ‘making it  official’ with their Intended Parents.  She supports our clients and Surrogates throughout their journeys with check-ins and any support they need. We thank you for all you do as we continue to Make Miracles Happen!!

*Hailey is our lovely Egg Donor Intake Coordinator! Working with Little Miracles in the CSO Family, she ensures all new Egg Donors have the confidence to go into their journey feeling supported and well taken care of. We thank you for all you do as we continue to Make Miracles Happen!

*Darcy is our Incredible Intended Parent Support Advocate! Darcy not only supports our Intended Parents along the way, but also brings our Dream Team a positive attitude and compassion to our clients. Also having been a Surrogate, she brings an understanding to our Intended Parents through her calming and empathic attitute! We thank you for all you do as we continue to Make Miracles Happen!

*Ashleigh is our marvelous Surrogate Intake Coordinator! When our Surrogates start their journeys, Ashleigh helps them understand the process as well as complete their Intended Parent match profiles. She supports them throughout the rest of their journey, ensuring they are receiving the most support. We thank you for all you do as we continue to Make Miracles Happen!

*Stephanie is one our amazing Surrogate Support Workers. She’s here to aid our surrogates with their questions, concerns, and anything else they need during there journey. We thank you for all you do as we continue to Make Miracles Happen!

*Allison is one our amazing Surrogate Support Workers. She not only has made big change in the surrogacy world, but also aids our surrogates with their questions, concerns, and anything else they need during their journey. We thank you for all you do as we continue to Make Miracles Happen!

*Mel is our newest Social Media & Graphic Design Manager. Her job is to share how incredible our Surrogates and Egg Donors are through social media with custom designs. She also handles our branding, specially curated gifts, print materials, and anything else that requires some creative flair!

*Loralee is back to the CSO Family once again as Our Executive Administrative Assistant! Handling emails, business communication, and organization are just a few of the things she does. Always ready to help, we’re so glad to have her back on the team!

*Dominique is our newest Executive Administrative. She handles everything from scheduling appointments to client customer service. She’s been a huge help and we’re so glad to have her on board our team!
